The team
at Safewire know this because they’ve done your job and been in
your shoes, managing a successful business. The result is that Arx, an
Integrated, Multi-Channel Business System, has been developed from your
point of view - how you need to use it in practice. Most software houses
can only guess at what you need to run your business, but you won’t need
to explain all your problems in detail to specify to Safewire what you need
- they’ve probably already done it, and will add value to the solution: the
things you haven’t thought of. And because Safewire have done it before,
using the system themselves for many years to run a successful business,
it’s already... |

Arx was created by a top multi-channel business systems designer with two commercially successful systems already on the market. This version has been in continuous use and development since 1995 and offers unique and innovative features. Safewire uses the same secure and reliable database as financial institutions taking over 200,000 transactions per system per day. |

Arx is a fully-integrated system, so everything is crosschecked: stock to purchase invoices; orders to despatch manifest; cashbook to bank statement etc. It continuously monitors the system and if anything is not as expected, alerts Safewire support by email. With its clear drill down facilities auditors have said it is the best system for them. |

Arx has been developed by the people at the sharp end, running a successful mail order business. You won't have to explain much, they already know your problems and will give added value to the solution. The result is a robust and reliable system, giving the uninterrupted service which has contributed significantly to the winning of ECMOD customer service and best transactional web site awards. |

| Q: What happens when there is a problem? |
| A: Safewire have designed Arx to cope with real world failures. It allows you to back up the system while it is running and taking orders so there is no compromisebetween availability and safety. Data can be continuously shadowed to a remote server (e.g. over the Internet or fibre optic) that can take over if a server fails. Data rollback ensures no corruption of data even after a disk failure during an update. |
